Education Qualification: MBA/PG Diploma in Business Mgmt, Any Graduation, Bachelor of Business Administration(Management).

Experience Details: 2 Years to 6 Years

Nationality: Indian

Job Location: Dubai – United Arab Emirates

Pay Scale: 3000 – 4000 + Commission + Car, Petro & Mobile Allowances

Candidate Profile:

  • The candidate must have Bachelors or Master’s Degree and UAE driving licence is mandatory
  • Excellent selling, communication and negotiation skills.
  • Proven work experience as a sales (Outdoor/indoor selling).
  • Generating Leads – Getting Business for Company.
  • Excellent knowledge of MS Office.
  • Familiarity CRM practices along with ability to build productive business professional relationships.
  • Highly motivated and target driven with a proven track record in sales.
  • Prioritizing, time management and organizational skills.
  • Ability to create and deliver presentations tailored to the audience needs.
  • Relationship management skills and openness to feedback.

Job Description:

  • The candidate should manage Sales team and must do revival of Old Client.
  • Establishing new business and attends customer meeting.
  • Increase sales of existing client and achieve monthly Sales and Annual sales Target.
  • Enrollment of new client (3 new clients in a month) and Preparation of Daily, Weekly, Monthly and yearly report.
  • Daily discussion of jobs done and undone with the Team.
  • Gather and analyze customer feedback thru telephone calls.
  • Sales inquiry thru telephone (Marketing Calls) focusing on big clients.
  • Enrollment of new client / Revival and Expansion of old client focusing on big clients.
  • Maintain and Develop good relationship with customer through personal contact or meetings.
  • Identify, develop and execute communications strategy for key clients and customer references to get new potential client.
