We are looking for two Sales & Marketing Executives with the high level of energy and zeal about sales, marketing, results orientated and dynamic personality. This role is for passionate and confident sales executive, who can work in a fast-paced and challenging environment.
Key responsibilities will be as follows:
– Responsible for the emerging and executing sales policies to enhance sales, growth, market penetration, and profitability.
– Generating new business and managing old customers by regularly visiting clients.
– In control for expanding visual & derma development business including but not limited to concept development.
– Serve as sales lead in specific target market areas regardless of geography. Attend conferences and trade shows that focus on these markets in UAE
– Preserve and build operative relations with key and target accounts, industry leaders and industry associations.
– Meet or exceed agreed upon sales goals
– A clear understanding of the Lean and agile concept
– Bachelor or Master degree in science/business management
– MBA in Sales & Marketing will have the advantage
– Strong command of English language
– Valid UAE Driving License is mandatory
– Presentable personality, Presentation Skills, Client Relationships, Emphasizing, Excellence, Energy Level, Negotiation, Prospecting Skills, Meeting Sales Goals, Imagination, Sales Planning, Independence, Motivation for Sales, team player.
– Aesthetic & Derma market knowledge
– The position is open to fresh graduate and experienced professionals
